Saturday Fun in the Sun
Time: 12:00 noon - 2:30 PM
During the day on Saturday, we plan to go to a park and invite you to stop by if you are already in town. If it rains, we'll move the fun inside! Here are the details...
Sunny Weather Plans - Meet us at Auditorium Shores from 12 pm - 2:30 pm. This is the large park that borders the South bank of the river, in between the 1st Street bridge and the Lamar bridge. It is a short walk from both the Hyatt Regency and the Embassy Suites; just head West on the bike path that borders the river (Lady Bird Lake). Look for us around the Stevie Ray Vaughn Statue under the trees. If you can't find us, call Ryan’s cell 817-713-0414 or Elyse Landry’s cell 512-638-7335. We'll have snacks, drinks, frisbee / games, etc.
Rainy Weather Plans - Meet us at Whole Foods' flagship location, at 525 N. Lamar. We'll grab some tables behind the line of checkout counters. Join us for food, games, etc.
Saturday Night Par-Tay!
Time: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Hotel Options: We have reserved a block of rooms that are available to you at a discounted rate at the following Austin hotels:
